1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Luckygem Community Hub website, including all subdomains and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. The Luckygem Community Hub is operated for the benefit of the global Luckygem player community, and these terms are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
2. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Luckygem Community Hub — including clan membership, guide submissions, leaderboard participation, and community feed posting — you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. The Luckygem Community Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
3. Community Conduct Guidelines
All users of the Luckygem Community Hub are expected to adhere to the following conduct guidelines: treat fellow Luckygem players with respect and courtesy; refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of discrimination; avoid cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party tools in any Luckygem-related activities; do not spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services; respect the intellectual property of others; and follow the instructions of community moderators and administrators. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the Luckygem Community Hub.
4. Content Submissions & Licensing
By submitting content to the Luckygem Community Hub — including strategy guides, forum posts, clan profiles, images, and comments — you grant the Luckygem Community Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content across the platform and related marketing materials. You retain ownership of your submissions. You warrant that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The Luckygem Community Hub reserves the right to edit, remove, or modify user-submitted content at its sole discretion, particularly content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate for the Luckygem community.
5. Clan & Tournament Rules
Clans registered on the Luckygem Community Hub must maintain active rosters, adhere to fair play standards, and designate a clan leader who serves as the point of contact for the platform administration. Tournament participation requires registration, adherence to tournament-specific rules, and acceptance of the decisions of tournament administrators. Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of tournament mechanics will result in immediate disqualification and potential banning from future Luckygem tournaments. Clan recruitment listings must accurately represent the clan's size, activity level, and requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Luckygem Community Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. The Luckygem Community Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of gameplay progress, or disruption of community activities. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Modifications & Termination
The Luckygem Community Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via platform announcements or email. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Luckygem Community Hub regarding your use of the platform.
